About us

We are a family run property inventory company, and due to that, our approach is more personal. We understand that your home is your biggest investment and our aim is to provide our clients with professional and concise reports to protect that investment.

All our reports are highly detailed, carried out by our thorough, independent inventory clerks. A property inventory or  tenant check out report, that is not sufficiently detailed, will fall short in the event of a deposit dispute, costing you both time and money. So why trust your investment to unregulated companies that are only out to make a quick pound?

We are highly qualified and carry all the necessary professional insurances. Our aim is to provide you with all the tools and advice you require, in today`s rapidly changing housing market.

Contact us now to arrange an inventory for your rental property.

We provide the following property inventory services in the Greater and Central London areas, Essex and Hertfordshire
