We are a family run property inventory company, and due to that, our approach is more personal. We understand that your home is your biggest investment and our aim is to provide our clients with professional and concise reports to protect that investment.

All our reports are highly detailed, carried out by our thorough, independent inventory clerks. A property inventory or  tenant check out report, that is not sufficiently detailed, will fall short in the event of a deposit dispute, costing you both time and money. Inventory of a furnished room

Inventory

Dictated by the inventory clerk at the time of the booking. A complete, fully comprehensive report of all fixtures and fittings accompanied by digital photographs and schedule of condition. A standalone report or can be used in conjunction with the  tenant check in report.

Tenant and inventory clerk at the check in

Check in

A conditional report completed with  the tenant present at the property. Utility meter readings taken and photographed.

Keys handed over and signed for. Declaration signed by the tenant.

A comprehensive move out report recording any damage and potential maintenance issues.

Suggested liabilities noted on the report. Final meter readings taken and keys itemized.
