A complete, fully comprehensive, descriptive and conditional report of the property; itemizing all fixtures and fittings, accompanied by clear digital photographs, a schedule of condition and meter readings. A standalone report or can be used in conjunction with the tenant check in report.
A comprehensive move out report, recording any damage and potential maintenance issues that have arisen during the tenancy. The level of cleanliness is compared against the original schedule of condition report.
Suggested liabilities are noted on the report. Final meter readings are taken; smoke and carbon monoxide alarms tested and all keys are itemized.
A formal inspection of your property during the tenancy to ensure that the terms of the tenancy agreement are being adhered to.
Tenants also have the chance to raise any issues at the time of the visitation.
We inspect for common issues such as damp/ water leaks, damage, smoking, pets, number of occupants etc.
